GPS Topo for Garmin Edge

my polish is not very well, so I ask in english.

 

I am searching for a good Topo map for XC around 100km between opole and nysa for XC and also use for roadcycling.

 

Is the Garmin GPS TOPO Poland better than the free maps avaible in the internet? Is someone using it?
